As President of More Group Fire Protection, Pedro provides strategic leadership and technical oversight across all aspects of fire protection engineering, design, and code compliance. With extensive experience in NFPA standards, building and fire codes, and system design coordination, he has led projects across commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed-use occupancies. He is considered a very high level fire protection engineer with his expertise on New Jersey codes and standards. Pedro holds a his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University and a Master of Science in Fire Protection Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Massachusetts.

Under his leadership, the firm has built a reputation for responsiveness, technical excellence, and trusted collaboration with owners, architects, contractors, and authorities having jurisdiction.

Pedro is a member of the National Fire Sprinkler Association (NFSA) and is also a Professional Member of the Society of Fire Protection Engineers (SFPE). He is a registered Fire Protection Engineer in multiple Northeastern States.
